Global Automated Image Analysis

The GAIA Group was founded in 1997 to assist researchers in all fields from astronomy to zoology in automating the processing and analysis of images using public domain software.

The GAIA Group uses exclusively public domain software to keep costs to a minimum. Most assistance will use ImageJ (Rasband, W.S., ImageJ, National Institutes of Health, Bethesda, Maryland, USA, 1997- 2010).
